You know what’s not cute? When you buy 2 pairs of $80 jeans at American Apparel, and both zippers break in the same damn place. Then you meticulously photograph and label them at the request of a customer service representative, and you don’t hear back from anyone…for 10 days. American Apparel has “liked” posts here before, so if you see this, please forward to a god damn customer service representative that has a sliver of work ethic. Thank you. Jessica.Ralli@gmail.com
